“Sinc” means the online website located at sinc.io wholly owned, maintained and managed by BIMSTORE LIMITED.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Third party rights

A person who is not party to these terms of use shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
